This retreat is more than time away — it’s transformative.
This retreat is more than time away — it’s transformative.
Journey Back to You is a transformative experience for women who are ready to remember who they are beyond roles, expectations, and past conditioning.
Connect to your true self through themes of identity, beliefs, boundaries, and personal empowerment.
Identify and release the patterns, pressures, and beliefs that keep you stuck in overwhelm.
Unwind, laugh, and savour the simple pleasures that restore your spirit.
Rebalance your nervous system with movement, breathwork, grounding, and restorative relaxation.
Experience the support of like-minded women in a safe, uplifting, and non-judgmental space.
A personalised workbook and journal to support reflection, integration, and lasting growth — before, during, and after the retreat.
Journey Back to You is not about rehashing your past, retelling your trauma story, or staying stuck in pain.
While we deeply honour every woman’s lived experience, this program is rooted in the belief that you are more than your history.
We don’t ask you to wade through your wounds — instead, we support you to gently acknowledge your journey, extract wisdom from it, and return to the truth of who you are beyond it.
Your past may have shaped you, but it does not define you. This is a space for self-connection, forward movement, and reclaiming the courage to live from the present — and for the future you choose.
A comfortable 3.5 hour drive north of Sydney, Journey Back to You takes place in the serene coastal town of Forster, surrounded by nature, beautiful beaches and calming sea breezes.
Each retreat begins on Monday at 10:30am and concludes on Friday afternoon, with check-out at 5:00pm.
Our days are thoughtfully structured to support both guided transformation and restorative freedom:

“Space to reconnect with myself, without guilt”
Last week I did something I haven’t done in a very long time… I pressed pause. Properly. Not the “I’ll just answer this one email” kind of pause, the real kind.
I attended the Journey Back to You retreat, created by the incredible Tanya Perry, and it turned out to be one of the most grounding (and honestly, joyful) experiences I’ve had after navigating my own burnout.
What I loved most is that Tanya doesn’t take you backwards. There’s no digging up old trauma or reliving the hard bits. Instead, she helps you understand who you are now, what you value, and how to move forward with clarity and a bit more self-kindness than most of us are used to giving ourselves.
The rhythm of the retreat was perfect: mornings of gentle but powerful self-discovery, afternoons free to wander, swim, think, journal, nap, snack, stare at the ocean… whatever you needed. That time to digest and reflect was gold for me.
And I have to mention the setting a beautiful beach town of Forster, quiet streets, salty air, and accommodation so thoughtful and cosy I’m still thinking about it. I’ve added some photos because honestly the environment is half the magic.
Coming from someone who is usually upbeat, optimistic and always “doing”, this retreat gave me something I didn’t realise I desperately needed: space to reconnect with myself, without guilt.
If you’re a woman who’s hit burnout (or even just flirting with it), I can’t recommend Journey Back to You enough. Tanya is warm, skilled, and has designed something truly special.
A huge thank you to Tanya and the women I shared the journey with. I came home lighter, clearer, and more “me” again.
